I'm always looking to justify this relationship between Jack and Ianto. There are several "holes" in the cannon that I wish to address. "First Times" and "Another Time" describe Jack and Ianto's first sexual encounter from both sides and both in reflection. You can find both stories on Fanfiction.net.
